This blog is intended as a recipe share with translations from major Nordic recipe sites, as a source for English speakers across the world to try out foods from the Nordics. 

There will in all likeliness be a focus on Norwegian recipes as that’s where I am from myself. 

The recipes and photos aren’t mine unless specifically noted, but belong in full to the sites credited in each post, and are shared from sites that specifically state sharing is okay with proper linking and source credit.
